Boot Problems With an E250

I am having a bit of a problem with a E250.

It was running fine for a while but was taken down in a power outage.
It was on a UPS, so there should have been no power spike or anything
hitting it. It had been running just fine for a few months from the
last system change.

Now, it just hangs on boot:

As you can see, I tried booting off of a install CD as well in case
there was something wrong with the hard drive. I have made sure all
the boards are seated, etc. Nothing is lose, and the case is on all
the way. I gave it plenty of time (overnight) on a normal boot to make
sure I was not just being impatient. Also, boot disk is "disk1", but I
tried booting up off of disk0-disk6 just for the hell of it. The CD
not letting me boot is what really threw me. As well, I have pulled
CPUs and RAM trying to find any faulty part, but no luck as of yet.

Anyone have any suggestions on where I should look on this?

Thanks
Jim
