I guess this is a bit off-topic, but I was wondering if anyone had managed
to install Vqadmin with Solaris 9? When I run the configure script it just
hangs.

checking how to run the C preprocessor... gcc -E

checking for egrep... egrep

checking for AIX... no

yes

The config.log has these errors:

configure:3255: warning: implicit declaration of function `unlink'

configure:3262: warning: implicit declaration of function `strlen'

configure:3270: warning: int format, uid_t arg (arg 3)

configure:3274: warning: int format, gid_t arg (arg 3)

configure:3279: $? = 0

configure:3281: ./conftest

configure:3284: $? = 0

configure:3286: result: yes

I've searched the 'net high and low for a solution but no joy so far.any
sort of help appreciated.

Cheers,

Howard.
