/ file system is full what can I delete?

I have a Solaris 2.6 host with the following separate partitions.

/
/usr
/var
/opt

The / partition is 100% full. I looked in / but can't see what
is taking up the space or what I can possibly delete.
Anyone have any ideas what to look for? There are no core files
I checked for that already.
