Greetings all,

In one of the card in chassis,we are not able to login
to the system because default root password is not
accepting. We try to boot from the cdrom and we got the
following message.

ok boot cdrom -s
Boot device: /pci@1f,0/pci@2/scsi@1/disk@6,0:f File
and args: -s
Unrecognized magic number in media label
Can't open disk label package

Can't open boot device

But when i give the the command probe-scsi,

ok probe-scsi
Primary UltraSCSI bus:

Target 6

Output of banner command at ok prompt.

OpenBoot 3.10.515 CORE, 1024 MB memory installed,
Serial #8653842.
Ethernet address 0:2:bb:84:c:12, Host ID: 80840c12.

uname -a gives the following output

SunOS UMTS_MSC_ddm_1_1_4 5.8 Generic_108528-12 sun4u
sparc SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIi-Engine

What to do to boot from the cdrom. Is we need to change
any settings at OBP.

Please advice on this.

Best Regards
