IPMP problem

Hi guys,

I have a small (I hope) IPMP problem . I have two nodes (solaris 8) and
solaris cluster 3.1 ; on host called fred I have the files:

root@fred # cat /etc/hostname.ce0
fred netmask + broadcast + group ipbmp1 up \
addif test-fred-ce0 netmask + broadcast + deprecated -failover up

root@fred # cat /etc/hostname.qfe0
test-fred-qfe0 netmask + broadcast + group ipbmp1 deprecated -failover
up

With the above mentioned files it's working just fine.

I needed to bring up some more IPs so I tried to change
/etc/hostname.ce0 to look like this:

root@fred # cat /etc/hostname.ce0_old
fred netmask + broadcast + group ipbmp1 up \
addif WAS netmask + broadcast up \
addif MQ1 netmask + broadcast up \
addif test-fred-ce0 netmask + broadcast + deprecated -failover up

WAS and MQ1 are in /etc/hosts and /etc/netmasks is ok; after reboot the
server doesn't bring up WAS and MQ1; as I needed those IPs up I created
/etc/hostname.ce0:2 and /etc/hostnamece0:3 ...

Could please somebody tell me what I did wrong when I added WAS and MQ1
to /etc/hostname.ce0 ?? I don't wanna let it go one like this because if
ce0 goes down then ce0:2 and ce0:3 won't failover to qfe0 ...
