Disk getting full automatically

Gurus,

I am facing a very funny problem. Below you will see the output of df -k
output.

As you can see, that /users partition is hundred percent full. I have asked
the users of this partition to take the backup, after this I deleted the
files and made up some space on the disk, but again after sometime the
partition was 100%. On inquiring the users told me that they did not put
any files on the disk, I again took some backup and created some space but
again after sometime the partition was 100%.

I have no idea who is writing to the disk. The only thing I observed is
that we have one swap partition on the same, can this be a problem.

swap -l shows this output.
