File System grow problem - Solaris Volume Manager- urgent!

Respected Managers,

I am facing the following problem while growing the file system under SVM

$ df -k /apps
Filesystem kbytes used avail capacity Mounted on
/dev/md/dsk/d19 10326764 5115494 5108003 51% /apps
$ metastat d19
d19: Soft Partition
    Device: d15
    State: Okay
    Size: 20971520 blocks (10 GB)
        Extent Start Block Block count
             0 33564610 20971520

<-----------(after adding space its showing remain same)

could you please help me on this, how can I resolve(grow).
