X1 won't jumpstart

I can't be the only person having the problem.

I'm trying to jumpstart a Netra X1, but get the following error:

Cannot load drivers for /pci@1f,0/ethernet@c
Can't load the root filesystem
Type 'go' to resume
ok

I've tried to update my image as described in SunSolve DocID 26310 (patch:
mis.netra-x1.259-3836-03.zip) but that hasn't helpped in the slightest.

Any help would be appreciated
