metadata problem

I have a E450 with 16 drives set up as two RAID5 sets RAID0'd together, to
create a one disk, and it was created with disksuite. This morning, we
started having IO problems. I decided to reboot the system, and when it
rebooted, it claimed there was a problem with the metadata, and metadb
should be run to delete the bad metadata, ignoring messages about read-only
filesystems. metadb reported that one device had master block problems (the
status info said 'M'). However, upon doing this, I'm not quite sure how to
get the metadata back. Do I need to manually recreate the array? Is the
data lost forever? Thanks for any help!!

Regards,
Ryan
