Hi,
I didn't received any response but eventually i figured out by myself. It was Bad Hard disk problem.Replacing the Hard disk resolved the problem.

Customizing system files
- Mount points table (/etc/vfstab)
- Network host addresses (/etc/hosts)
ERROR: Could not copy file (/tmp/root/var/yp/aliases) to
(/a/var/yp/aliases)
ERROR: Unable to copy a temporary file to it's final location
ERROR: System installation failed
