I've got an Ultra 60 that refuses to turn on / power up unless I've
got a Type 5 keyboard plugged in and hit the power button...
Once its ON, I can turn it off with the power switch on the front, but
I cant turn it *back* on that way.
I can also get it into a strange situation where console output is going
out ttya, but console INPUT is coming from the Type 5 keyboard (this machine
has no framebuffer).
Suggestions? I had this same problem with a SS5/170 once, and had the
split-console issue with an U2, but just removing the keyboard and rebooting
the U2 made it work properly...
I've tried set-defaults; I've tried setenv'ing the input/output device to
ttya, etc. It still does the same thing.
