Ultra 2 Boot problem

Hi Managers!

I've upgraded an Ultra 2 OBP to OpenBoot 3.11 using the script that comes with
Solaris 8 2/02, I changed the J2003 to non-write protected, and the script ran
perfectly.
But then when I've rebooted the server it hangs at the "ok".
I've found that if I type very quickly I'm able to type 2 characters before it
hangs, not enough for "boot", and as I've got my auto-boot? to false, the
server doesn't go on.
I have also noticed that I can send a break through the serial and it prints
another "ok".. which means that it's not absolutely fried.
I tried changing the J2204 to High-half booting, but then I don't even get any
output through the serial and switching the J2003 to write-protected doesn't
help either.
I copy-paste the startup process below, which doesn't say much.. but anyway
:)
screen not found.
Can't open input device.
Keyboard not present. Using ttya for input and output.

Sun Ultra 2 UPA/SBus (UltraSPARC 200MHz), No Keyboard
OpenBoot 3.11, 128 MB memory installed, Serial #8788366.
Ethernet address 8:0:20:86:19:8e, Host ID: 8086198e.

ok

Thanks in advance, I will summarize.

Best Regards.

Kenneth.
