Hello All:

Following a power loss that affected only client workstations, not the
file server, two of the clients have lost automount privileges.
The error is the standard "permission denied".

Below you can see csarfl08-029 is working while 036 is not

csarfl08-029 root / 4 > cd /home/fcd005
csarfl08-029 root /home/fcd005 5 >
csarfl08-036 root /var/adm 4 > cd /home/fcd005
/home/fcd005: Permission denied

The clients have been rebooted, that didn't fix anything.
Automountd is running with no error messages
The clients are in the proper NIS netgroup
ypwhich yields the correct response
ypcat -k of the automount maps show that the clients can read the maps.

This is a Sol 8 environment, NIS, well patched and all clients were
working well before the power loss.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
