Problem summary:
after I installed the Recommended patch cluster on my Sol9 box, cron wasn't
able to start any processes any more. (Patch Cluster Apr/13/04).
Solution summary:
I installed a new Recommended patch cluster (Apr/27/04), and the problem
disappeared.

This patch might caused the problem:
113476-11, which was changed to 113476-13.
Am I right?

PS: I was sent some private messages with advices how to solve this problem.
I tried to reply them, sending my reply to the list too. But my mail wasn't
accepted, saying:
Your message to sunmanagers awaits moderator approval
The reason it is being held:
Message has a suspicious header
But the moderator neither refused nor approved my mail :-(
