E420 crashes with no output to logs

Hi,

I've got a strange problem with an E420.

Yesterday, this box which runs an oracle db, crashed twice within one
hour with absolutely no output to syslog, messages, /var/crash. Nothing.

It has a T3 attached to it, but I couldn't see any issues with that
either, nor any connection between the crash and the T3. I had staff in
the datacenter make sure that cables were seated correctly, power
supplies seated correctly, etc.

The cause remains a mystery, which is disconcerting. Googling doesn't
turn up a whole lot of relevant information.

Here is some info about the box:

System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4u Sun Enterprise 420R (4 X
UltraSPARC-II 450MHz)

System clock frequency: 113 MHz

Memory size: 4096 Megabytes

Kernel patchlevel: 5.8 Generic_108528-19

CPUs: 4x450MHz

Any ideas, leads, elsewhere to look would be appreciated.

Thanks,

-chris
