Hi All
We are currently experiencing heavy performance problems on our v880 "1
cpu board". I took a sar of the box and saw that there is a lot process
waiting block I/O.

12:25:16 %usr %sys %wio %idle

I shutdown oracle and rebooted the box. But still after that there was
still a 2 to 3 %wio with nothing running on the box. This is solaris 8
with veritas file system running oracle.
If somebody has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
