Hi All ,
I am facing a problem in configuring the DHCP server on Solaris 2.8 . I am
using a Cisco router as relay agent .The device is connected to the router
through T1 link .The fastethernet is connected to the Sun machine .
When I see the in.dhcpd log I am getting some error like
Short packet 244 < 300 on hme0 ignored
Short packet 244 < 300 on hme0 ignored
How can I reduce the minimum packet length the dhcp server accepts (
currently I believe it is 300 bytes )
Or how can I increase the packet size , I am helpless in the device end . Is
it a problem with the relay agent .
TIA
Regards

Jothish R
