About installation [GENEREX UPS Software UPSMAN V4 / RCCMD CD-ROM
Release 4.17] on Solaris 2.6
Documents printed in Unix.Solution software that it can support SUN
SOLARIS 2 SPARC CPU, SunOS 5.1, 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 also,
but I can't see any option for SunOS 5.6 in installation states.
I tried install with other options (with Sol-2.5, Sol-2.7, and Sol-2.8
available),
I 've just received
[The process UPSMAN does not start. "Error 4605: Connection timeout
failure"] on the console.
I installed Win.Solution software on windows2k servers, it worked well
on the same link controlled cable and rs-232 interface configuration.
So, following the faq which explain the error code, i think my software
maybe not work right.
My UPS model is Digys 15KVA 3/1
config port: /dev/ttya:9600,n,8,1
Any suggestions?
