Emulex LP9002S panics E4500

I recently attached an already built E4500 to an EMC-CX400 via a Brocade
SAN. After installing the Emulex cards, updating the drivers and firmware
to the latest rev I patched my system and created my LUNs on the CX400. In
order to get the system to bind the LUNs, I performed a reconfiguration
reboot.

The system is panicking with this message:
