Clustering nis with vcs3.5

A client I have wants to cluster nis
using vcs 3.5mp2 is this possible?
Judging from my research I don't believe
this will work but I can't find a
definitive answer.

If anyone has any experience with
doing this any and all help would
be greatly appreciated.
