NIS+ login failure on single client

Good day,
I am having a problem where a NIS + user (oradmin) cannot log into a NIS +
machine (curly). I can, however, su - oradmin if I am root. When I
telnet to the client and enter the username/passwd, the response is :
Login incorrect.

When I su - oradmin while logged into curly as myself (a NIS + user) the
response is: su: Sorry.

This is the only machine in the network that will not allow oradmin to
login.

In an attempt to resolve the problem, I have done the following...

1. Removed/re-added user and machine credentials into cred table, using
nisaddcred command
2. Updated passwd on NIS + Master, and performed chkey -p when logged in
as oradmin
3. Checked nisdefalts on curly for root and for oradmin. Both are
authenticated (Getting desperate)
4. Performed keylogout and keylogin
5. Removed /var/nis/* and /etc/.rootkey, and stopped nis_cachemgr from
client, and performed nisclient
6. Removed and added user and machine from NIS + Master (desperation has
fully set in by now)

So, by now I am completely stumped. I still get same results as above when
I try to log into curly with oradmin.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
