restricting a user

I have a user that I need to create an account for that would take him
strainght to a certain directory and not allow him to go anywhere else.

I would make the directory his home directory but how can I resricting him
from using 'cd' so that he does not go anywhere else.

This on Solaris 8.

Any ideas?
