Sol9 - VxVM 3.5 : Log plex problem after disk replacement

Hi,

I had some error messages from a disk on my A5200 (Connected to 2 x V480
running Solaris 9 4/03 & VxVM 3.5). So I ordered a replacement from Sun.

To replace the failing disk, I used the "evacuate" function in VEA (like I
did once before), and transfered the data on a unused spare disk. I let
everything synchronize...
Then I physicaly replaced the failing disk, and evacuated the spare disk
and transfered the data back to the new disk and waited for the sync.

After the sync was over, I dettached my isk group, and attached it on the
other server, and then back to the original one, just to make sure
everything was ok..

But then I noticed something wrong with the log plex on the "new" disk.
The plex is detached and stale, and the associated log subdisk is detached
and in recover state.

I tried "vxplex att dsa1vol01-L01 dsa1vol01-P01" to reattach the plex but
it failed :
-----
[root@stm1-qc1] vxplex att dsa1vol01-L01 dsa1vol01-P01
vxvm:vxplex: ERROR: Log write to volume dsa1vol01-L01 failed:

The volume (dsa1vol01) is a RAID 1+0 (stripped-pro) on 4 disks and the
file system is UFS with logging.
I'm running Solaris 9 4/03 with latest patches, and Volume Manager 3.5
with patches 112392-06 and 113596-02.

Thanks so much for your help, and I'll summarize.
