/net/hostname automount not working after NIS migration to LINUX

Hi,

We shifted our NIS Master Server from Solaris box to Red Hat Linux 9.
The Solaris clients are able to bind to the Linux master server.
All the other automount points are working, except for /net automount
map. If I remove the Solaris client from NIS and reboot, the /net
automount works.
My NIS auto.master map has the entry
/net -hosts
Included for mounting the -hosts special map.

The local /etc/auto_master file on the client contains the +auto.master
entry.

Kindly help me as to how can I resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Sachin.
