Dear managers,
Thanks for all your input.

i have a scsi disk array with two lun i configure this storage with two raid and edit /kernel/drv/sd.conf on solaris 8.

this disk array worked good until power outage.
Now,in ok mode i used probe-scsi-all show disk array with two unit but when boot machine display following error:

/dev/rdsk/c1t4d0s6: I/O error
Can't open /dev/rdsk/c1t4d0s6
/dev/rdsk/c1t4d0s6: CAN'T CHECK FILE SYSTEM.
/dev/rdsk/c1t4d0s6: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.

Type control-d to proceed with normal startup...

i used fsck manually:
# fsck -F ufs /dev/rdsk/c1t4d0s6
but display error
Can't open /dev/rdsk/c1t4d0s6

in this disk array /dev/rdsk/c1t4d1s7 is OK.

Is there a fix for this mess?
