E4000_Board_failure

Hi
It's me again with my board failure. After many tries, I have found a GOOD
serial cable with two GOOD connectors and reboot the machine that gives
me a lot fo messages in diag mode.
Here some parts where the errors appear ( can send entire file on demand)

Clock board TOD does not match TOD on any IO board.
....
Then the machine boots OK with board 3 disabled

Can someone give me more explanations on this problem ?
(I know the last message but don't remember exactly the command to reset clock
on all boards)
