V880 Upgrade.. Help required

Hi,

I am having SunFire V880 server with 2*750Mhz and 4Gb RAM. I am running
OraApps. Though I am not really facing any performance issues,though my CPU
utilization is mostly on higher side, but still on some occassions, I feel
like that I am facing hardware bottlenecks. So I want to upgrade RAM as well
as CPU in my V880.

I need help on determinig as to how much should I add.Are
there any commands lige vmstat etc that can help.Or is there any tool
available for same.

Any help will be appreciated.I will summrize.
