Thanks for those who reply, and those out-of-office message also.
Special thanks to Daniel Wilkinson, he gave me the cfgadm command and it
works !!!
cfgadm -la
shows the card is actually on controller 2 (c2), connected but
unconfigured.
then,
cfgadm -c unconfigure c2
cfgadm -c configure c2 # <-- this is the magic
Now the disk is detected by format, he also told me that target of disk
will be the WWN, no way to change it. I am happy already.
