Freinds
                 I have 4 / 18Gb disks installed on my E450.
I tried to do RAID1 with two disks.
First i created three database replicas on three disks.
I created RAID0 stripes with volume name d0 using the
7th slice of third and fourth disks which are :: c0t2d0s7
and c0t3d0s7 with each having 15GB space.
I created RAID1 with volume name d1 selecting the primary submirror to be my d0.
I created a new file system for d1 using newfs command.
I created a mount point /project and mounted this volume d1 on /project1,and added an entry for d1 in /etc/vfstab file.I added some doc files to project1.
Now my doubts are
1)Should i create another mount point for d0
2)I removed disk3 from the system, and trying to
retrieve the doc files I added to project1,
i am unable to do so.
3.Am I right or wrong. If I am right how do
I know that I am right and if I am wrong how do
I correct myself.
Please advice as my id says I am a solaris LEARNER.
Thank You
