I have been asked if we can multipath the fiber and the copper interfaces
in a v880. (Assuming we can get them into the same layer 2 collision
domain). I checked the IP multipathing guide at <
http://docs.sun.com/db/doc/806-7931 >. It says that this should be ok if
these interfaces are both of the same type as defined in
/usr/include/net/if_types.h.
I'm picking they would both be either IFT_ETHER or IFT_ISO88023, so this
should work.
Has any tried this?
