hi
i am having a sun E450 server,which is also a DNS client.now the problem
is this machine is causing a lot of traffic in the network & i have to
pull out the ethernet cable before it loads up my firewall (stonebeat on
sun 280r)....after which the network utilisation comes back to normal.
also "netst -i 10" command is giving an error message.
the E450 is having solaris 8 2/02 on it...... the machine is only having
one ethernet card.....& this machine has been there for more than 2 years
we have started to face this problem only recently.
could this be a problem with the network card or solaris....& how to
resolve this issue.
