Looks like everybody (and again there were lots of you replying) are
unanymous about Solaris-8 release 2/2002 as lowest supported release for
a V100.
Many of you pointed to Sunsolve(.sun.com), where I found the following
matrix of supported O/S versions against machine types :
http://sunsolve.sun.com/private-cgi/retrieve.pl?doc=infodoc%2F11873&zone_32=v100%205.6&wholewords=on
<http://sunsolve.sun.com/private-cgi/retrieve.pl?doc=infodoc%2F11873&zone_32=v100%205.6&wholewords=on>
Thx to all (too many to list you all)
