Ultra 5 system type in NVRAM?

Please don't ask me why, but I need to know the system type byte to
program into the EEPROM of an Ultra 5. The hostid FAQ only goes up to the
Ultra 1, and I can't check on an other system either :-(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
