upgrade CommandPost (PEM)

Hi all,

We have 2 sites (Production and DRC) that installed CommandPost (PEM) from
BMC. Right now both operating system are RS/6000 AIX but in future we have a
plan to upgrade our CommandPost(PEM) and change the Production site
operating systems into SUN Solaris.
Please advise me - What we have first to do, because our Production site and
the DRC site separated in different countries.
