Check patch correction on lbolt

Hello,

Thousands of critical/high availability systems with an old
Solaris 2.4 were sold a few years ago. Now we have a customer
complaining about regular reboots in his many systems. We
tracked this problem to an "old" Solaris bug, "system hangs
when lbolt wraps around", which happens every ~248.6 days.
Now we have to patch this Solaris, and make absolutely sure
that this problem is corrected. However, I cannot wait for
248.6 days to check that out... I have something like a week.
I've searched sunsolve, the internet, and some groups. Does
anyone knows of a tool that I can use to "set" the lbolt value
to a value near wrap-around to test the correction (and the
system running on Solaris)?
Thanks for any help at all!

Nuno
