Solaris 7 (No login prompt)

I have an E250 running Solaris 7. I tried to telnet to it remotely and no
login prompt came up. All that came up was "SunOS 5.7" and it hung right
here without prompting for "login" or "password". I can login to the server
using the CDE but not remotely. Any help would be appreciated.
