Third party USB cards in Ultra

Hi

according to sun http://www.sun.com/io_technologies/PCI.html a belkin
F5U219-LP USB2.0 card has been verified by SUN.
I've installed on e of these cards in an Ultra 10 to try out, but I can't
get the ultra to detect it.
I've tried installing the USB 0.9 sdk kit on Solaris 9 12/03 but it still
won't see it,

Can anyone offer any tips on how to get this card going?
