Is this NIC dead?

I need some confirmation on my debugging process here, I have a V480
running VCS and the onboard NIC's in a multipath group. I upgraded the
server to the latest recommended patch cluster without checking first
to see if the NIC's were OK.

After the upgrade the second NIC (ce1) kept failing over it's IP to the
first NIC. To make sure it wasn't VCS or the multipath group I brought
up the server with just that NIC configured with a single IP. I was
able to ping that IP from one the host but not from outside of it. I
tried multiple switch ports as well, the NIC links up but no traffic
will flow through it.

(I should mention the other server in the cluster is identical, with
same patches and doesn't have any problems whatsoever).

Has this NIC gone bad? If so what's the best course of action, it's
onboard so I imagine the whole system board would need replacement.

Thanks,
Paul
