'lo all.. I've been tasked with giving benchmarks and thresholds for
different systems and the amount of mail that can be relayed through
them.. Specifically I have netra t1 440's with 512MB of ram in them that
need to process about 10,000 messages per half hour.. I don't forsee this
to be a problem, however I would like to get some numbers.
For example at what point will my box start dropping connections, or the
disks become 100% blocked etc. Is there a place where these boxes are
already rated or do i simply have to test each box by pushing tons of mail
through it until some drop?
