The extraction error seemed to be solved by explicitly excluding all nfs
mounts on the master clone (flarcreate -x /nfs_mount). There's also a
requirement that the master clone have the "entire distro + OEM" installed.
I only had the "entire distro" but was able to go from a v120 to a 280r by
installing the SUNWqlc and SUNWqlcx on the master clone (v120) prior to
creating the archive.
