hi,
i have got an ultra 60 system which is not giving any display,i have
tried to view the POST through hyperteminal on a nearby windows machine
but there was no display.
the system configuration is a follows:
1>12 dimms of 128mb each
2>1 ultra sparc II processor
3>2 display cards
i have tried swapping the rams in banks..also tried to run the system in
a miimum configuration...i.e. after removing all the display cards & 8
rams.....the effect beinng the same.
also the keyboard leds glow only once when the system is powered on ,i
have tried 'stop n', 'stop d' & 'stop f1'
now i am dont know what to suspect between the cpu & the system
board....kindly tell me what could be the suspected things in this
scenario.
