I have a Solaris 2.6 server with Perl 5.6.1. We have an application that is
uses Perl DBI. I am trying to replicate the env for an Oracle upgrade.
According to some posts I found I can only use perl DBI-Oracle with v5.6.1
which I will need to compile. ( no problems there ) . How do I remove the
version of perl 5.8.1 installed with the default OS? I know there are
libraries all over the place for it. Anyone know the package if any?
