JNI FIBRE CARD with A5200 ARRAY

Hi Folks..
I have attached a Sun A5200 Disk array with JNI Fiber
Card on an E450 system. The system does not see the
external disk array.
Any idea as to why this is the case?.
The A5200 Array works with a Sun GBIC card..
All suggestions are greatly appreciated
