Hello,
When doing an SSH connection from a Solaris 8 machine to a Debian
Linux machine using OpenSSH 3.7.1p2 and tunneling port 23 (telnet)
back over a non-standard port, I notice that connections to the
Solaris 8 machine through the tunnel cause this to be printed:
connect_to ::1 port 23: Network is unreachable
As everything seems to be working ok I'm not too worried (this is
a temporary setup anyway) but I am curious to know why I get
this message. I'd like to cut down on benign error messages
wherever possible.
