xntpd dies

Dear All,
 
         xntpd dies when I restart with the following error, I couldn't draw much when I trussed the output. Is this something common?
 
    UNIX 6999 SOLARIS [ID 470503 kern.warning] WARNING Sorry, no swap space to grow stack for pid 102 (xntpd)
