Repartition using liveupgrade

Hi,

We are upgrading from a Solaris 8 (04/01) to a Solaris 8 (07/03). Ideally we
would like to do this whilst the system is operational and so we are trying
to use Live Upgrade in conjunction with Web Start Flash. In this way our
install systems will be identical to our upgraded systems. We would also
like to repartition the alternate boot environment prior to performing the
LiveUpgrade. From my testing and from what I have read the use of filesys in
the profiles used with LiveUpgrade is limited to using the existing layout.
For example:

filesys c2t1d0s0 existing /

Trying to specify a new file system layout through a profile (as you would
do when simply jumpstarting a client) fails.

As far as I know at this time, the only useful function that a profile
passed to liveupgrade performs is to detail the location of the archive. Is
this correct?

Is there any other support for doing this or are we limited to format and
fmthard?

Thanks,

Mark Jones
