Greetings,
we have now supplied some administrative users with a SunRay
appliances, and sometimes observe a strange phenonemon. The
session partially freezes for no reason we can find. That is,
the mouse cursor still follows the movements of the mouse but
clicks or keyboard strokes are completely ignored. We can solve
this by removing and re-inserting the smartcard. That brings up
the lock screen, and after typing the passwords the work can be
normally resumed.
Does anyone know this feature (bug)? Or better still a remedy?
