Hey everyone:
Here's the ideas I got. Its basically what I guessed, it will have to be a
function of the webserver. We're running Zeus (I'd prefer apache..., but
what do I know :) ) so I'll have to find a module for that that works :D
Option1: apache mod_throttle and mod_bandwidth
Option2: use a linux server with CBQ (Class based queueing)
Option3: Sun bandwidth module? (Supposidly they make one)
Option4: Dyband software makes software for policing bandwidth to and
from a box. (http://www.dyband.com)
