OpenSSH on Solaris slow

Hello ppl,

I recently installed OpenSSH on our Ultra5 boxes with solaris 2.6, using prngd
as random source. Unfortunately, it seems to take ages for the keybased
authentication to succeed, whereas the old system (using rhosts) was quick:
logged in in 1 second, whereas now we have to wait up to 10 seconds before a
prompt is returned.

In scripts that run on various servers using ssh, this causes a serious delay.

Is there anything I can try to speed up OpenSSH?

Thx.

Jan
