E4500 reboot: is this the sparcII ecache issue again?

Had an E4500 reboot last night and only found this in the logs:

Jan 11 23:57:47 hobbes SUNW,UltraSPARC-II: [ID 628086 kern.warning]
WARNING: [AFT1] WP event on CPU5, errID 0x0039098e.7d62c8e8

Last time I had a reboot due to the ecache problem I saw more errors
usually about E$parity issues.

Am I seeing the ecache issue again with this limited error message or
could it be something else? I'm just used to seeing more verbose
messages that this.

Thanks,
Jon
